Meet the Team
Park Ultrasound was established January 1994 on Dr Hewitt’s return to Perth. The name is from King’s Park where we were located 1995 to 2008. In July 2008 we moved to new purpose-built premises at 12 Connolly St West Leederville 6007 (at the rear of 176 Cambridge St opposite SJOG Hospital Subiaco).
All our staff are at Park Ultrasound because of a special interest in women’s health.

Debbie is our brilliant practice manager and is often that kind person you speak to on the phone. She has been working at Park Ultrasound since 1995, took over as practice manager soon after, and is regarded by all of us as the real boss. She is an amazing proactive person who is prepared to tackle every aspect of making sure things run as smoothly as possible.
Kathy and Eleanor are part-time and each bring their individual strengths to our team
In our team approach, the sonographers are the mainstay of hands-on scanning, and want to give you the best experience in combination with the medical aspects of the scan.
All completed the well-regarded Bachelor degree in Imaging Technology at Curtin University, but have gone beyond the usual requirements for ongoing training, education and experience. As well as choosing to specialise in O&G ultrasound for love of the field, they are experienced in paediatric as well as general ultrasound. They have worked with Dr Hewitt in hospital based ultrasound as well as private.
Each can individually boast over a decade of experience in O&G ultrasound and have participated in giving lectures/ presentations, teaching and committee work.
Our sonographers are all caring mothers of young children who closely relate to the experiences that pregnant women face.
Felicity juggles a solid work-load with 2 children. As well as Park Ultrasound she also works with Dr Bridget Jeffery in the O&G Ultrasound Service at Joondalup Health Campus. She began her strong standards commitment by topping her year at Curtain.
Catherine took time out from WA to broaden her experience including working in ultrasound in UK, and has a long association with PMH. She is enjoying motherhood with 2 very young children.
Christina also has a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from Curtin. As well as working at Park Ultrasound she worked many years at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (PMH), and has worked in private and hospital based radiology, including running an ultrasound department. She is a mother of 3.
